Les soir\u00e9es accord mets\/vins du vendredi<\/h2>\n

Thierry notre caviste \u00e0 organis\u00e9 ce vendredi 02 juin une d\u00e9gustation accord mets\/vins \u00e0 la cave \u00e0 vin d\u2019Aubagne.<\/p>\n

Une soir\u00e9e extraordinaire pour 10 participants ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 les plus rapide \u00e0 r\u00e9server.<\/h3>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

J’ai tout d\u2019abord s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 5 vins d\u2019exception dans ma r\u00e9serve secr\u00e8te. M\u00e9lodie a concoct\u00e9 un menu avec des produits de qualit\u00e9s en accord.
\nOn commence par un Amour de Deutz de 2011 qui accompagne une bouch\u00e9e \u00e0 base de saumon Ecossais fum\u00e9. Pour suivre, un Corton Charlemagne de 2016 en accord parfait avec un carpaccio de saint Jacques au caviar Fran\u00e7ais. Le veau fondant et son \u00e9cras\u00e9e de pomme de terre aux truffes d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 sont accompagn\u00e9s par 2 rouges. Un vin du ch\u00e2teau Rayas que j’ai ouvert la veille et un Vosnes Roman\u00e9e du domaine M\u00e9o Camuzet. Pour finir j’ai choisi un Monbazillac cuv\u00e9e Madame du domaine Tirecul la Gravi\u00e8re.
\nCette soir\u00e9e \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 hors normes, sans compter la passion des membres du club de d\u00e9gustation qui se sont inscrits. Pour la plus grande joie des participants ils ont rajout\u00e9 en champagne, un Roederer vintage 2008 et un Remi Leroy cuv\u00e9e quatre c\u00e9pages. Le blanc a \u00e9t\u00e9 servit en paire avec un autre Corton Charlemagne du domaine Bouchard p\u00e8re et fils. Les rouges ne resteront pas seuls eux aussi, un clos de Vougeot pour pr\u00e9c\u00e9der le Vosnes, les hauts lieux de la vieille Julienne pour accompagner le Rayas et pour finir un Hermitage de Chapoutier. Une d\u00e9gustation accord mets\/vins \u00e0 la cave \u00e0 vin d\u2019Aubagne ne peut se terminer sans un vin d\u2019exception pour le dessert. On double le Monbazillac avec un ch\u00e2teau Yquem 1997 sur la tarte tatin \u00e0 l\u2019ananas.<\/p>\n
