C&rsquo;est pour ce genre de soir\u00e9e de partage que notre m\u00e9tier est exceptionnel. Un Meursault de Vincent Girardin, Un Gevrey Chambertin de la maison Trapet ou encore un Enclos de Xavier Braujou (la Terrasse d&rsquo;Elise). Le tout accompagn\u00e9 par les plats de M\u00e9lodie qui officie en cuisine. La soir\u00e9e fut joyeuse et riche en \u00e9motion.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Egalement un grand merci \u00e0 la table de nos habitu\u00e9s qui ont accept\u00e9 de commander une bouteille \u00e0 l&rsquo;aveugle et de me faire confiance sur le choix du vin en accord avec l&rsquo;\u00e9chine de porc cuite 14 heures. Le vin servit avec une chaussette de blind test a permis de cr\u00e9er un ambiance in\u00e9galable pour des amateurs et je pense que l&rsquo;accord a ravit tous les convives.&nbsp;
